Refund & Returns Policy

At THC Gummies Australia, we stand behind the quality of our premium cannabis edibles. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, aligning with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your experience isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right.
1. Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
2. Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We prioritize issue resolution for the following scenarios:
- Damaged Goods: Product arrived damaged or the seal was broken during transit.
- Incorrect Order: You received a different strain or potency than what was ordered.
- Fulfillment Errors: Items are missing from your package.
- Defective Quality: The product does not meet our high standards of potency or purity.
3. Reporting an Issue
To ensure a fast resolution, please report any issues within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us via email at support@gummiesaus.com or through our WhatsApp support. Please include your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of cannabis edibles and health/safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or consumed.
- Items where the tamper-evident seal is broken.
- "Change of mind" purchases after the order has been dispatched.
5. The Refund Process
Once an issue is verified:
- Replacements: We will ship the correct item via Express Delivery immediately at no cost to you.
- Refunds: If a refund is chosen, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Timing: Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
6. Delivery & Shipping Disputes
In the rare event of a lost package or tracking stalling, we work directly with our logistics partners to investigate. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full reshipment or refund at your discretion.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage all customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. We take pride in our reputation and will always find a solution that satisfies our community.
